Terms of Service

To use Achieve Zone, you must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• You must create an account to access the Platform's features.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You may not create or operate multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an advantage or manipulating referral or scoring systems.
• Any attempt to create fraudulent accounts or manipulate the referral program will result in account suspension or permanent ban.

• Each user may answer one trivia question per category per day.
• Questions are categorized by difficulty: Easy (1 point), Medium (2 points), Hard (3 points).
• Your score is determined by a multiplier based on how fast you answer.
• You may use one Mulligan per category per day by spending tokens to retry a question.
• Cheating, spamming, or manipulating the scoring system is strictly prohibited.

Tokens can be purchased through the Token Store or earned through gameplay milestones and referrals.

Tokens may be used to:

• Unlock new trivia categories
• Use Mulligans
• Answer additional daily questions

Token purchases are processed securely via Stripe.

All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

• Users may earn tokens by referring new players via a unique referral code.
• Referral rewards are issued when the referred player signs up and engages with the platform.
• Users may not refer themselves, use fake or duplicate accounts, or otherwise abuse the referral system.
• Suspicious referral activity will result in removal of rewards and potential account suspension.

• Leaderboards track player performance in each trivia category.
• The first player to reach 5,000 points in a category is recorded in the Hall of Fame.
• A secondary leaderboard tracks the fastest player to reach 5,000, based on average daily points.
• We reserve the right to remove players from the leaderboard in the case of rule violations or suspected cheating.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the functionality of the Platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the trivia engine or database
• Create multiple accounts or manipulate gameplay, referral, or scoring systems in any way

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

All content on the Platform—including but not limited to questions, branding, graphics, and game mechanics—is the property of AchieveZone LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without written permission.

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage related to your use of the Platform.
• We are not liable for any inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or hallucinations in trivia content. While we use tools like, but not limited to, OpenAI to generate questions, we do not guarantee factual correctness or real-world accuracy of any trivia question or answer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the community.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
